What height should I choose?+

Choose according to crop root depth, the surface below the bed, preferred working height and total soil volume. Twelve inches suits many shallow-rooted crops over open ground; 24 inches is a flexible everyday option; 36 inches offers a taller working surface but needs substantially more fill.

How much soil will I need?+

For a rectangular bed, multiply the interior length, width and planned soil depth. Curved and modular beds vary, so confirm the selected configuration before ordering soil.

Can I place a raised bed on concrete?+

It can be possible, but drainage, staining and surface protection need extra planning because roots cannot extend into the ground below. Confirm product-specific guidance before installation.

What should I check before assembly?+

Confirm all parts against the instructions, prepare a level location, wear gloves, check the selected variant and arrange help for larger configurations.

What if the package arrives damaged?+

Contact customer support promptly with your order number and clear photos of the outer package, shipping label and affected parts so the team can review the available resolution.
