After the establishment of the Qing dynasty, the Manchu clothing system influenced Han clothing to some extent. However, Han women did not fully adopt Manchu-style qizhuang (banner attire) and instead preserved elements of Ming-style Han clothing, such as skirts, pleated skirts, and ruqun (blouse and skirt ensembles). That said, the structure, decoration, and tailoring of these garments evolved, making them distinct from traditional Hanfu. As a result, they are categorized as Qing dynasty Han women's attire rather than Hanfu.
